Sr. Data Architect With P&c Insurance

Key2Source Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Architect with P&C Insurance experience to design enterprise data architectures, develop scalable ELT/ETL solutions, and support modern cloud data platforms. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in data architecture or data engineering, strong data modeling and SQL capabilities, Python proficiency, and experience with cloud data warehouses, data quality, metadata, lineage, and modern data ingestion patterns.
Responsibilities
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Design and evolve enterprise data architectures supporting data architecture and data engineering initiatives.</li><li>Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with enterprise data requirements.</li><li>Lead hands-on development of advanced ELT/ETL solutions, preferably using cloud-native approaches.</li><li>Design and support cloud data warehouse solutions, including Snowflake-based data environments.</li><li>Develop Python-based solutions for data engineering and automation.</li><li>Write and optimize SQL for large-scale data processing.</li><li>Implement and support data quality frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage practices.</li><li>Apply modern data patterns, including CDC, event-driven ingestion, APIs, streaming, and orchestration.</li><li>Contribute architectural guidance for MDM, canonical modeling, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Support data visualization and analytics initiatives using Power BI or other BI tools.</li></ul>
Requirements
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field from an accredited college or university.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in data architecture or data engineering.</li><li>Strong data modeling expertise across conceptual, logical, and physical modeling.</li><li>Hands-on experience designing enterprise data architectures.</li><li>Advanced ELT/ETL development experience, preferably in cloud-native environments.</li><li>Experience with cloud data warehouses, ideally Snowflake.</li><li>Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation.</li><li>Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data processing.</li><li>Experience with data quality frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage.</li><li>Understanding of CDC, event-driven ingestion, APIs, streaming, and orchestration.</li></ul>
