Healthcare Operations Evaluator (contract)
Overview
MarketerHire is seeking a Healthcare Operations Evaluator for a 12-week remote independent contractor engagement supporting the review of AI-generated healthcare operations documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 2–3 years of healthcare operations or administration experience, knowledge of at least one of the US, Canadian, or UK healthcare systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to assess accuracy, compliance, operational practicality, and presentation quality.
Responsibilities
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations content against defined quality rubrics.</li><li>Review revenue cycle analyses, scheduling workflows, staffing plans, and operational SOPs for accuracy, compliance, practicality, and operational rigor.</li><li>Assess documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for factual accuracy, compliance considerations, and presentation quality.</li><li>Identify subtle errors, unsupported conclusions, compliance issues, and recommendations that may not work effectively in practice.</li><li>Apply knowledge of healthcare operations and the US, Canadian, or UK healthcare system to distinguish accurate information from assumptions or inferences.</li><li>Review operational recommendations across revenue cycle, patient access, clinical operations, and compliance.</li><li>Write clear, structured feedback and detailed justifications for each evaluation score.</li><li>Help refine grading criteria and evaluation standards based on recurring findings and reviewer feedback.</li><li>Iterate on evaluation work based on feedback from senior reviewers.</li><li>Complete a 10–15 minute online assessment focused on healthcare operations knowledge and evaluation judgment as part of the application process.</li></ul>
Requirements
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or administration, including revenue cycle, patient access, clinical operations, or compliance.</li><li>Working knowledge of at least one of the US, Canadian, or UK healthcare systems.</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially slides and spreadsheets.</li><li>Excellent written English.</li><li>Ability to follow complex instructions, reason through ambiguity, and spot subtle errors in polished work.</li><li>Ability to clearly separate what you know from what you are inferring.</li><li>Ability to work independently, learn new tools quickly, and take feedback well.</li><li>Availability to work 30–40+ hours per week for the full 12-week engagement.</li><li>Must be based in and working from the US, Canada, or UK.</li><li>Must be able to work as an independent contractor and perform remote work on your own schedule within the required weekly availability.</li></ul>
