Data Platform Engineers/Administrators
Overview
We are seeking Data Platform Engineers/Administrators with 7–11 years of experience to administer, troubleshoot, and support Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, DevOps, and Azure data services in an airline industry environment. The role requires hands-on platform administration across Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Event Hub; candidates must demonstrate strong platform administration experience rather than a primarily data engineering or development background.
Responsibilities
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Own day-to-day administration and operational support for Azure cloud infrastructure in a data platform environment.</li><li>Administer and troubleshoot Azure networking components supporting platform connectivity and service operations.</li><li>Manage Azure DevOps administration and support platform-related delivery and operational activities.</li><li>Provide hands-on administration for Azure Databricks, including operational support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Administer Azure Data Factory and resolve service, integration, and platform-related issues.</li><li>Support the administration and troubleshooting of Azure Synapse Analytics environments.</li><li>Administer Azure Cosmos DB and Azure Event Hub as part of the broader Azure data services platform.</li><li>Investigate and resolve incidents across the Azure infrastructure, networking, DevOps, and data services layers.</li><li>Apply a platform-focused approach to operational stability, ensuring issues are analyzed across interconnected Azure services rather than addressed only at the data engineering or development layer.</li><li>Work with project stakeholders to provide accurate technology, responsibility, and deployment information as required for the engagement.</li></ul>
Requirements
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>7–11 years of total relevant experience in data platform engineering or administration.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure & Administration.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure Networking and Azure DevOps.</li><li>Hands-on Azure Data Services Administration experience.</li><li>Administration and troubleshooting experience across Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Event Hub.</li><li>Strong platform administration and troubleshooting experience across all listed Azure areas.</li><li>Applicants should have a platform administration background rather than experience focused primarily on data engineering or development.</li><li>Ability to work remotely on one individual project as required for the engagement.</li><li>Resource availability, genuineness, verification, and deployment readiness must be confirmed before submission.</li><li>A passport copy is mandatory for submission for this airline industry engagement.</li><li>Unmasked resumes must include complete and accurate candidate details, including full name, personal email ID, current location, total and relevant experience, passport number, passport copy, LinkedIn profile, company-wise employment details, project-wise details, project responsibilities, technology or skill expertise, client or project domain, and industry or domain experience.</li></ul>
